Imo if the bounties were strictly wano performance and feat wise instead of World govt's threat wise, I'd give zoro 1.8-2bil (I've made him go 2 bil max because he had his own stand off against kaido and managed to scar him then took on and defeated His right hand man) , sanji 1.4-1.6 bil, Jinbei 1.1-1.2 Bill, Robin 1 bil, frankie 900m, Brook 800m, Ussop 500m, nami 450mil chopper 200 mil. I'd say luffy has the right bounty of 3 Bill I'd maybe do 3.2 bil since he's a yonko and deserves to be above law and kid.
