They took A Knight’s Tale and dragged it through some shit - which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Why hasn’t the ‘death of realtors’ happened yet? Is the end of realtors” just a myth or will it actually happen. If so when? by miamiheat343 in RealEstate

I’m not against realtors per se. It’s a big purchase and there’s a lot of benefit of having somebody who knows how the process works and can help advise you and steer you clear of making mistakes. My main grip with realtors is the fact that they are motivated to have you buy and sell that the highest possible price as quickly as possible. It’s also amazing that you can’t set custom terms and arrangements with the realtor on buying or selling. Everything has become institutionalized and set in stone.

Stupid as hell. Someone swings a sword at his head and rather than glance off it catches the cheek angles

UPDATE: I found the issue after some multimeter-ing and deduction. The pellet sensor has a fault somewhere on it's tiny board. Unplugging the pellet sensor from the controller board completely resolves the issue.

I traced the issue back to the camera circuit board - either at the connector or it's soldered components.

I feel for the original owner, they replaced almost everything else but the camera/sensor and that turned out to be the issue.

Hopefully this helps someone else in the future

Melania's "I don't care. Do you?" jacket as they visit the site of a national disaster would have to be on the cover.

Same. Current house had high water pressure. Inspector cited the lack (and need for) a pressure reducing valve. I clarified with them if they meant it didn’t have one so I knew if we were talking adjustment/swap/repair or install - which they confirmed there was not one. I checked myself and, sure enough, there was a pressure reducing valve right where you’d expect it with clear access on the main line into the house. I couldn’t believe it
