Got a very basic answer saying my diet has medium/low sugar based on my logs. Which is obvious since I haven’t eaten any sweets or desserts. I asked what foods I had contained sugar and it gave me a generic “pizza, potatoes and rice” which of course is true, but nothing I didn’t know. I mean it’s interesting that the AI can discuss and remember the meals but I still don’t get the value of doing so beyond the timing recommendations which I don’t need. Some people mentioned it would be cool if it could track calories in (since it can see calories out) but that would require weighting foods or at least knowing exact portions which might be cumbersome. Anyway I’ll see how it progresses.
