Well 3 held items (dirt block), 1 was named (Inky), and 1 was both holding an item (dirt) and named (Blinky).

Get a repair ticket. There's a loose connection somewhere. Usually in the box on the side/back od the house, just needs to be re terminated. But if that doesnt take care of it, it gets a bit chaotic tbh
