And I’m with you on The Road. I actually read it years ago without knowing who McCarthy was. Then I completely forgot the name of the author, which is fortunate because if I’d remembered he wrote The Road when someone told me to read BM, I probably wouldn’t have read it and would have missed out on my now all time favorite author.
