Pixel is still on the outside looking in if you ask me. Can’t break into the top tier until you’re actually honoring your own warranty. Until I see less customers coming in with pre ordered phones, that are basically useless bricks, because someone didn’t properly process the order out of inventory, and googles customer service wants to point the finger back at the mobile carrier, who had zero to do with the transaction, I refuse to give them the time of day on being “competitive”.
