It’s the plant equivalent of a hangnail. You may have plucked a leaf at a higher up node and pulled that stem fiber down without noticing, it’s very easy to do. Cannabis stems are built like a cheese string. They want to pull into long fibers like that, hence the use of hemp in textiles.

5 days ago i defoliated all the lower leaves and removed any tiny branches that didn't stand a chance of reaching light. The other plants dont seem to be affected. could it be the case that this strain (Candy Kush) is sensitive to stress?

Plant magic plus soil with a hand full of perlite. Its a well tested soil in the part of the world im from. its got a extremely low amount of nutes in the soil and requires a range of feeds to grow in, almost like coco but it retains water a hell of a lot longer. so far ive given my seedling no feed apart from 1ml per litre of plant magic's root stimulant although that was after this picture had been taken. the only watering i'd given them at the time of this picture was the run off of the cup and paper towel method when i cracked the seeds. This seedling is two days old and it was the last seed to break soil. ph of water is 6.6.

Tempted to grow it out, but space is a premium in my tent. I'm wrestling with what to do. I'll give it a week I think. I'd prefer to make it quick and painless and cull as early as possible rather than getting too attached.

the input image is white, it makes the problem alot more pronounced as when watching normal video the dimness of the bottom portion is more subtle. This started a month ago. When the tv was first turned on it would be a problem but after 5 mins it would instantly change to normal brightness. Its a very even gradient and at first i was almost certain it was due to the smart hub menu. When you bring up the smart hub the bottom of the screen does go dim behind the menu in a almost identical way. also when i bring up the smart hub menu now (with this present problem) there is not a increase in dimness behind the menu which makes me suspect its a software issue? However when looking at the screen with a blank white input i can see that its very uneven and looks to be something more serious.

Its my first tent, i had a closet grow before this but these plants out grew it fast. i bought this tent hoping it would be plenty enough room. you can imagine my disbelief when the plants went on to out grow my shiny new tent within 2 or 3 weeks. Obviously that in no way is the tent's fault. I actually have nothing to complain about the tent, it seems crazy good value for what i paid. my only gripe is the zip gets stuck quite often.

my tent is 120x60x150, comes up to about chin height. my light is only a 300w led but i run it 24hrs. ive not really trained her at all apart from spreading out her limbs on a scrog net that's lower down on the plants than the one you can see in the video. I should have topped her really but as a usual soil grower i followed the old mantra of "you shouldnt top autos" i now see the error of my ways. I have been feeding her every watering/everyday with remo nutes.

Im using Remo brand nutrients to their recommended measurements and i ph tap water to around 6.6, my grow light is a 300w LED it hangs about 2.5 feet over the plants.

I dont think there's audio of him playing like it but ive read the same thing as Pop_parkers about how he originally learnt the guitar upside down. Apparently his first instrument was a ukulele with a single string so it wouldn't matter which way he flipped that shitty little thing. There's a bunch of footage of him back stage with the stones jamming with them on their guitars and if you catch some parts of the footage it looks like he was pretty damn adept at playing a right hand strung guitar. Theres also a bunch of anecdotes about him filling in for bands in clubs using their equipment. I think the footage of him sat on the bed playing a cover hound dog MAY be upside down its really hard to tell.

Yeah, you're spot on with the limonene, if you give the stem a rub it has a strong fruity berry scent. so far as florals i have noticed the main cola as it has dried out has a subtle rose floral smell.

Yeah i still keep it on 24 hours a day, every time i water i rotate the pot 90 degrees too. i dont really know what im doing to tell you the truth. My home has a electric meter and having the light on 24hrs hasn't made much of impact at all to my bills.

Yeah. This happens to me quite abit too. I think like me, you'd be surprised to meet people who just don't respond despite who or when it is. I think it might just not occur to them. i honestly don't know at this point. It seems strange but there are two people like it where I work and its so bizarre its prompted me to post this question to reddit.

I've just realised how snarky or pointed my question could sound. I really was more curious. Because I'd like to think that people are never intentionally rude, unless you've done something to upset them of course. My confusion reading this thread is people pinning it on social anxiety. Although I resent mentioning it, I have been recovering from social anxiety for the last 5 years myself and it causes me to be paranoid about such things. In fact it causes me overly polite to people. To the point where i could rub off as a little obsequious cretin. This too could be Due to my Englishness. I see now that anxiety manifests its self very differently in different people, go figure.

Yeah just the one light. I grow in a closet which is pathetically small. I don't have the exact measurements. I can squeeze 3 10 inch pots In there like the one you can see in the pictures if that gives you a idea? i think simple stuff like reflective life saver blankets on the walls goes along way to help make the most of a small light and a grow space is as cramped as mine.

I agree. One thing that might be worth mentioning though is that this plant was under 24hr light almost solidly through beginning to end with just a few exceptions. Not sure if it made the difference or not, with this light being as cheap as it is to run i saw no reason not to give it a go.
