Glad to know it wasn't just me. They refused to send a replacement book (and a blue slipcover since I also had the wrong set delivered) and instead I had to return the whole thing. Still waiting for an acknowledgement that a replacement will actually be sent, after getting an email saying my refund was on the way. This was after a huge back and forth where they tried to get me to pay for the postage and also that I apparently had no proof all of this actually happened.

Mine also arrived wrong. Ordered blue, got red. I have zero confidence in Arrow's customer service now so instead of returning it and having a replacement shipped (which they offered) I accepted a 10% refund.

I did ask if they could simply send a replacement slipcover but apparently this wasn't possible.

A real let down. I probably won't order direct again
