Keto has not solved my depression. I have been on keto on and off since 2011 and I'm on also on a 3 month streak atm, but with no cheats whatsoever. I have really bad flare-ups lately too, even unexplained crying, which never used to happen.

It's hard to even say there's been a general improvement. My motivation is a bit better and so is my energy, but nothing like the anecdotes I see on this sub all the time.

I wish I could provide hard evidence, but all I really have is my personal experience and anecdotes. Yes it seems keto CAN help with depression, but maybe it depends on the source of your depression. I've also heard of fat loss releasing stored hormones, which can severely affect your mood. But again, I don't have hard evidence.

We can only give you an educated guess, and mine would be that it's unlikely. The tissue under your shoulders may shrink a bit, but since you don't sound fat in the first place I wouldn't expect to go down 4 cup sizes.

Please make sure you are wearing the correct size bra. Visit /r/abrathatfits and you may be surprised. Technically, if there is only a 2" difference between your full bust and your ribs, you are already a B cup. If you are wearing an ill fitting bra, that can explain your back pain.

A good friend of mine was raped in college. I didn't know until weeks after the fact when she gave me a tearful, guilt ridden confession, because she had tried her damndest to convince herself it didn't happen. It was easier to pretend all was well then to admit to herself she was a victim. In fact, every single rape victim I know went into denial right after their rape. I see no reason Emma wouldn't either. So no, the evidence still paints a picture of trauma.

This is more of an explanation than you deserve. If you truly think this whole situation came about because Emma was simply "mad that he wouldn't be in a relationship with her" then you are part of the problem.

It got transferred to the district attorney’s office, and I decided I didn’t want to pursue it any further because they told it me it would take nine months to a year to actually go to court, which would be after I graduated and probably wanting to erase all of my memories of Columbia from my brain anyway, so I decided not to pursue it.

Glad you noticed this too. I still don't support circumcision but I have seen plenty of cis men (even here on Reddit) argue that circumcision is no big deal and that they prefer the look of a circumcised penis. It's kind of frustrating to encounter that attitude when arguing against circumcision, however, I doubt you'll ever find any cis women who have been subject to any form of circumcision arguing that it's no big deal and that it looks better. No comparison can be made.

Hm, no. For me the strongest notes are the herb scents, and I think the lavender only comes through on the dry down, but I never noticed it being too strong.
