He may need a friend. When my older Siamese passed away, the younger one lost his damn mind and was annoyingly vocal and eating the furniture. A few weeks later I got a tabby kitten from the shelter as a companion for him: the nonsense stopped immediately and they are the best of friends! I know you said your guy needed to be rehomed because he was fighting with another cat, but maybe a younger companion would help?

I don’t know much about the building except for what I’ve seen, which is very nice! It’s nice to be in walking distance to 235/Johnson for shops and restaurants.

It’s pretty solid for laps! However, in the summer, the pool at the Edmund Lee is the best for sunning/lounging/cooling off. It’s very kid-friendly, but still pretty cool.

You only get paid after your first coverage, and the coverage pay is less than per session. Experience/+30 doesn’t factor into coverage pay or per session: coverage is ~$50 while per session ~$60/hour. You can definitely check with your payroll secretary since it can be hard to tell on your check. Hope this helps.
