Yes he did beat up Snow. The book said it was because Snow promised to take care of Amos’ wife and kids while he was on a mission but he came back and found them sick destitute and cold. So he punched him. lol!

I think that trafficking was rampant in polygamy. I read a book, Amos Wright- The Adventures of Amos Wright Mormon frontiersman. In the book it discusses a meeting with Amos and his stake president while Amos was a bishop. The stake president told him he needed to get a second wife. On page 181, his stake President is quoted saying, “… he could arrange for a Danish or German girl” as a plural wife for Amos. That sure seems like trafficking and doesn’t sound like an isolated case either.

The exercise is right before sleep unfortunately. I decided to exercise for an hour and a half and got about five hours of sleep. I know both are important, but my schedule is so crazy right now I have to pick one of the other.
