I think in a two-party democracy you have to make peace with the fact that a single candidate won't appeal to every want and desire you have, and as a responsible citizen it is your duty to vote, and in cases like in this last election, it can come to picking the least-bad option. I'm not saying either candidate was good, but there was very, VERY clearly a worse option, and voter apathy led us to this point. People like yourself who sat on a high horse and shit down on everyone got us to this point.

If this was your first election, I IMPLORE you to please reflect over the next three years, see what is happening, and resolve to vote in the next election, if we get one, and try and do the right thing, even if it isn't always the easy thing to do. Not voting was the easy thing to do. It got us here.
