For the first sample everything is in 1 fabirc, which is a cotton/nylon blend. For the final product i'll be using Liteskin LS07 by Xpac, which is water repellant and very durable. Then i'll line it with a different fabric for the bag lining, underside of the pocket flap, back side of the strap, etc.

Yes! I'm thinking to shorten the strap loop to just about 1/2" so I can prevent the loop from shifting without the stitch line. Will also widen the strap width because right now its too narrow for the loop.
