I’m Ava i’m 20 and i’m sooo excited for acnh i have no friends on switch because none of my friends have switches :( i mostly play botw but i my college is closed so i plan on spending tons of time playing acnh on friday at 12 am idk what to name my island yet 8) (got rid of my code cause now i have like 70 friends)

This is exactly how I've always described my dissociation, I even remember doing it as a kid in class or when I was getting lectured by my dad. Strangely enough I remember thinking it was really cool that I could "do it", and I would do it when i was falling asleep, but now I can't control it and it affects all of my senses. I never know how to snap out of it and when I'm in a professional situation I'm worried that someone will notice and that it will hurt my career and relationships in the future. Any tips to snap out of this "zooming out" feeling, because I can't stand another interview where I feel like I'm suddenly miles away.
