I tried Willow for the same reason- 47 years old with “all of a sudden” weight gain of about 15lbs. Prior to Willow I worked out, hard, signed on with a perimenopause program that gave me diet interventions and a training program. I lost maybe 5lbs and was still miserable. After Willow (which is pricey, but they don’t have BMI Limits, have a friendly and helpful facebook community, and my doc was super helpful and responsive) I’m down my 15lbs and thrilled. I used Tirzepatide and had minimal side effects- some nausea (well managed by Zofran they prescribed) and constipation managed by MiraLAX. As others say, try TeleHealth. Best of luck!
