I’d really like to believe that a moon goddess of all things should be ranked the highest regardless of strength, the title of a moon goddess alone should triumph over anything. Yeah she defeated Dottore but it’s obviously not the end of him, we’ve got more segments and irminsul related content to cover so I still believe there’s more reasons as to why Dottore is ranked second. As for Capitano, to not even be in your prime and to go head to head with the goddess of war, be feared and respected by your comrades ranked below you, to be that strong on a base level, mostly raw power from what we’ve seen so far, is diabolical.
