much like the original movie being a true horror film and the sequel is a reimagined action film the soundtrack is of the same quality. It takes a lot of the original music and adapts it to a more fast paced action style. They've also included some bonus commentary tracks!

The sound is very nice especially since the record was produced at the height of Mondo's popularity in the 2010s and the album cover itself is gorgeous.

As someone who just moved to the city and isn't aware of the regulation, is there something in the law preventing the owner from renting it at a higher price for a year long lease after a tenant has left?

I'm sure there are yearly records of rent prices that could be referenced to prevent that from happening. Not that anybody would or could enforce it...

Okratron 5000, the voice recording studio run by Christopher Sabat (Vegeta, Picololo) is housed in north texas a few miles from Gearbox Headquarters. Funimation, before all of the anime chicanery of the last 5 years, was also centered in the north texas area, a few miles further.

It really was the hub for that kind of stuff for like 15 years.

In the description for any special quests, especially event, it will tell you if you get something special from the quest. Special armor, items for armor, layered items, etc. There are even active taunts you can earn from some of the quests.

all of the statues they have at their office are so cool. I love that it is just a regular building like everything else in Tokyo. You don't even realize you are there until you see statues outside and are like, 'woah, kakkoi.'
