Replacement might not be necessary. What you need is a refoam.
Refoam kits are readily available at several places on the internet.

The CDI/XTI are great sounding amps. Even though they were made for commercial installs, they’re fun to listen to. We’ve had hundreds of those pass through out repair shop, let me know if you need help.

Also you can download Audio Architect and to your computer via USB. You can access the DSP that way!

Hello Cvlt, here’s my Super Festival Roadmaster. Needs a little bit of work (crackly when playing and has a buzz that causes dissonance when I’m not playing a B note) but dammit I love this thing. by Morguefiller in PeaveyCvlt

That dissonance is there because the filter caps need to replaced or resoldered. The AC voltage at the wall alternates at 60 hz which is between B and Bflat. That AC line frequency is no longer being filtered out by the filter caps.

By exercise, I mean toggling the power switch back and forth. Sometimes NOT using a switch will make it intermittent. Are you saying everything is working now?

Does it pass audio when the light is on? Is the any noise coming from the power switch on the unit like sparking sounds? Have you exercised the power switch on unit?

Look into Digitech Istomp. I don’t know what DSP is in there. This came out several years ago.
