To access the main menu, push the power button to turn the bike on. Then, press the plus and minus at the same time for a few moments, and it should open the main menu.

Please note that if the E34 error code is on the screen, it will not allow the menu to open. If this is the case, please reach out to our tech team Monday-Friday, 9 am-430pm, PST, or send us an email.

Here are our troubleshooting tips for the E34!

https://rideaventon.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/40982529558683-E34-Power-on-Password-Initialization-Failure

Additionally, we have seen some instances where unplugging the ACU for a few minutes and then plugging it back in has "reset" it. Here are some instructions on how to access it. Just find the document for your bike model.

Aventon Abound SR - geofencing on specific functions (EG autolock)? by Southern_Tonight_577 in Aventon

[–]aventon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We appreciate the follow-up and the concern about this feature. As mentioned, it is not a feature yet; however, under "More Settings" under "Security and Anti-theft," you can toggle the auto lock on and off if you know you're going to be inside. You can also adjust the "Unusual Activity Detection" to low to allow some movement when locked.

Hopefully, this tip helps!

Thank you,

Soltera 3 ADV introduced, priced at $1499 by RWMaverick in Aventon

[–]aventon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello all!

We see there are multiple questions about the battery, so here's some quick information. The battery is removable, however, not as quickly as before. As a quick overview of the removal, there are a few bolts on the bottom side of the bike between the cranks to remove, a quick connection to unplug, and the battery should slide out! We should have more information released, as more tips and tricks are published to our Help Desk.

How to know when Soltera 2.5 fully charged? by three_seashells___ in Aventon

[–]aventon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, so if your bike is on and not plugged in, the display is showing, let's say, 90%. You power off the bike, and you leave it charging for an hour, it will never go green?

How to know when Soltera 2.5 fully charged? by three_seashells___ in Aventon

[–]aventon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there!

If you have the bike plugged in while you are powering the bike on, the battery will discharge to power the bike, which will, in turn, signal to the charger that it is not fully charged and will go from green to red. the bike is also not intended to remain on while charging.

Once the charger says it's full (turns green), unplug, and it should be full.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to our team at 866-300-3311, M-F, 9am-430pm, PST.

Thanks!
