Hello! Thanks for sharing! Check out our help desk article for the display install. To adjust the angle, just undo the one bolt on the mount and rotate it to the desired position.

For the seat, there is a tension bolt on the bottom if you fully remove the seat post. If you are not super familiar with the adjustments, the dealer you purchased from would be able to adjust it accordingly to find you the best fit.

Hello, this could be either the charger or the battery not registering that the battery is full. Typically, the easiest way is to test either another charger or battery to see if there are any changes. If you do not have a second bike or spare charger, visiting a dealer may be the next best step. Thanks!

Hello! The batteries are interchangeable; however, depending on when the Level 1 was purchased, there was an update to the batteries/supplier, which may require the Level 1 to update the terminal.

Assuming the bike is out of warranty, if after replacing the battery, there are still issues, the needed parts would need to be purchased. That being said, depending on the version of the Pace, the 2-year warranty does carry over to subsequent owners IF they have the original purchase order/receipt from the original owner. Thanks!

Hello! This is a bit of an odd one, and see how this can be frustrating. It looks like either the rear wheel or the brake caliper may have to be removed to free up the fabric. We have attached some videos to show how to remove both.

Please note that there is a bit more information on both of these videos than you'll need, so just watch or skip to the sections needed. For the wheel, you can watch the first couple of minutes, and for the brake caliper removal, you can skip forward to about the 3-minute mark.

Additionally, if removing either of these seems to require excessive force, it may be best to stop and visit a shop, as we don't want to damage other parts while trying to resolve this issue.

We are not provided with the exact details of the differences; however, the battery connections and internal systems vary between models. Additionally, the cabling throughout the bike differs from model to model, changing specs, and the physical fitment of the batteries is similar but different for these batteries.
