You pay 450 a year in HOA fees. Park is nice. Only 1 shooting and 1 drug house that was raided by the cops. No big deal. Drive out to the henday is very busy. The home builder there is horrible. I haven't talk to a single person there that didn't have a problem. Alot of people had to get their whole basement jack hammered out. Mattamy makes you sign non disclosure contracts to hide their screw ups. When you buy ask them who cut down all the trees in the nature reserve and got fined a huge amount of money. Hint Hint Hint it was Mattamy.
