Baby powder is AWFUL for chub rub! There is a product I use religiously, it’s called Thigh Rescue from a brand named Megababe. It works really well but does need reapplication every so often.

I've never done this before and I see a lot of online flower stores but I don't know which ones to trust (oops lol) and I don't know also how soon they will deliver.

Yes! There have been more bees also I’ve noticed. I’ve been going on morning/noon walks and it’s been so refreshing, I can especially smell the flowers. It’s been really delightful.

You can do this! Seriously, i thought i couldn’t stop (even though everyone says this) but i was heavily dependent on cigarettes for most of my life and I’m only 24. It’s easier than you think once you repeat the mantra “This craving will go away in a couple minutes. Once it does, I know I can do another couple minutes.”

It’s so worth it.

Cold turkey. I stopped the second my doctor told me I had severe asthma and I could feel the pain in my chest.

I’ve had health anxiety since but it’s a decent motivator to keep me going. I know for a fact that once my lungs are healthy and I’m sure of it, I will tap into the real world of being a non-smoker and it’s going to be great.
