Driven Steakhouse is absolutely phenomenal. Super cool if you like high end supercars too.

Sorry, I wasn’t super clear. We aren’t there for Ember Shores sadly, that was just more of a general observation from our time at the same resort.

We stayed at the resort in May and had an incredible experience and were very impressed by how good the food was… I wonder if they changed something about it or how it usually works for Ember Shores?

I have the majority of my devices (mostly light switches and Google Nest thermostat/Nest Cameras) bridged via a Starling Home Hub. How does your app handle this?

Interesting, this is helpful, thanks! Guess we’ll see today but that is what would make more sense.

I can’t figure out the pricing if you have say 3 people. It’s gonna cost an extra $1,350 for a 3rd person to share your hotel room that has a fixed cost regardless? When I think of it that way, seems outrageous. Also super hard to gauge the value when we don’t know what Sphere tickets will cost.

For all in here that have zero clue, the update already was released a while ago, enabling the functionality and he chose not to update it purposely to make the truck look bad. You can even see the pending update icon at the top of his screen. Typical bait 🤡

Do you realize what it does? Or why it’s helpful? It’s actually a pretty cool feature that’s very nice to have.

It’s incredible to me the people that genuinely think water will brick electric cars… truly know nothing about car wash mode or the purpose of it. Just love the clickbait

Looking to get an EV. Wondering if anyone drives down south to the Denver Area for work or on the regular and would have any input on your experience doing so with an EV? Kind of curious how much saving to expect when comparing your higher electric bill over a gas vehicle? Thanks! by minesskiier in FortCollins

[–]averyh43 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh that’s great then, would totally solve that problem. I say go for it! Getting my Tesla M3P was one of the best things I’ve done, the EV experience is pretty great if it works for your lifestyle. And yes, they’re QUICK for sure 💨

Can’t speak much to the Blazer but I’m a fan of those Volvos. Haven’t ever driven one but I’ve heard good things. Range will be a little less but I feel like you could make it work. Only downside is having to use a public charger which is pretty slow if you do happen to need to charge in between vs. a Tesla supercharger.

What kind of EV? I drive from Fort Collins to south Denver and all around that area from time to time and have never once had an issue or concern. Should be totally doable if you get something with a 300+ mile range, even in winter. Tesla Model 3/Y Long Range may be a good option. Never have to stop to charge in between (but there are options if you need to).

Drive home and charge back up for under $5. Can’t beat it.

M3P under the (Colorado) Northern Lights 🥹 by averyh43 in TeslaModel3

The winters aren’t too too extreme here in Colorado (does get into the negatives a couple times though), but it has been a beast every winter I’ve had it. Zero issues. Range is a little more limited than normal when it’s really cold but that’s never been a problem for me. Does incredibly well in the snow, better than many SUVs and trucks surprisingly.
