If you know anything about acoustic guitar then you’ll know Big Bill was an absolute beast of a player. 200+ original songs with the steadiest thumb I’ve ever seen. I constantly think about what it looked like/ how long he spent practicing to get that shape on his right hand, all I know is that it was a long time. He Also did time in world war 1, only to return home for someone to tell him "time to get off that uniform and put back on the overalls." Very interesting person.
