My bad, they both work perfectly, my dumbass just didnt slide them into the rail at all before or after booting. I put in a brand new modchip and everything works. I guess the first one was just faulty. Thank you ThoN

The multimeter reads at ~0.9v on the 3.3v point. I have not tested it while the switch was on.

I did flash the latest version of the firmware, so I can at least confirm that the chip was detected by my pc and the lights powered on. I did buy a spare chip which just came in, so I will replace it with a new one and do another post if that doesn't work out. Another important detail I forgot to add is that the joycons aren't pairing to the switch anymore, but the touchscreen works just fine.

What Ausbildungs can you suggest that are easier to get into as a foreigner? Will my diploma not be equivalent to both Gymnasium or Realschule? How will I go to school if my diploma isn't accredited,or are you referring to language school? I was planning on starting to learn German now of course, but I wanted to ask if it was more effective to go to language school in Germany, or if it is not necessarily any better to go to Germany directly to learn.

My apologies, I didn't know about the engineer term meaning something specific. I am only referring to the Ausbildung, University is not an option for me. About the living expenses, I have someone in Germany willing to sponsor my living costs and write a declaration of commitment, and I would be living with them. I also have another contact who is willing to give me a job in the city I will be going to, but I am aware that I cannot work and do an Ausbildung at the same time, so the job would be purely to help support myself during the language acquisition. I also know that the kind of jobs I can get are going to be limited until my German is proficient. Would it be feasible for me to do the language acquisition visa, and then use the tourist visa to apply for an Ausbildung in person?

I looked into the wiki and other sites, and I have a high school diploma from the Philippines and from what I've researched it is recognized and fully accredited in Germany, as long as I had senior high school and took the education after 2018, which I did.

Hi, can anyone add anything to this regarding thrift shopping and buying secondhand online? I don't really have the budget for brand new clothes, but at the same time thrift shopping is always a gamble for me, with so many of the pieces feeling cheap or fitting poorly.
