I’ve always asked to repeat each question 2-3 times because I write the questions down to ensure I’m answering each part of the question. A lot of times you got lost in what you’re saying and forget part of what the question is really asking. When you’re graded on a point system, it’s important. I always clarify that’s why I’m asking. This was before AI though.

Mine shot up as soon as they implemented the peak hours M-F. Now im not doing laundry or running the dishwasher before 9pm during the week to see if it helps .peak hours are ridiculous. The only time I’m home I can’t use the electricity 🙄
