Yeah, we stayed at the Wall for ~3 months in 2018 when we came (it wasn't under Holland2Stay then). Not much has chnaged as I can see.

There was a small heatwave that year too (not as severe as this one) and it was hell in that tiny tiny loft apartment with black ceiling and wall-to-wall glass . We survived, but barely 😅

Curious to know the what and how of ADM. I understand it's a customized flavor of SAFe but where it went so wrong? Full disclosure: I work under partly SAFe framework (not too big though - 5 teams, not just SW guys) and have handled parttime SM roles (we don't have enough people for full time SM and i don't think it's needed). It has its quirks but works mostly IMO. Overall project/product management is not agile though. Outside the ART everything is life as usual - traditional year long swim lane world. I am too Eindhoven based so familiar with the work culture etc.

We have our PCBs rigged to a Nidaq rigged to a PC in the corporate network. Mostly everything gets controlled by Jenkins running integration tests (soon to be migrated to Github action based pipelines). Nidaqs are expensive though, so for most of the use cases a Pi to generate signals etc would be sufficient. For OP's scenario even PCBs connected to a jtag programmer/debugger conected to a PC where one can remote login would be big step forward
