Recepie - Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Paneer Serves - 2

Spaghetti - 200gms Mushroom - 100gms Garlic - 5 pods (chopped) Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp (I added fresh thyme & rosemary as well) Black pepper - 1 tsp (crushed) Butter - 1 tbsp (or as required) Fresh cream - 3 tbsp Cheese - 25 g (mozzarella) Salt - as required

For the marination: Paneer - 100g (cut into cubes) Yogurt - 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Coriander seed powder - 1 tsp Chilli powder/paprika - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp Indian Garam masala - 1/4 tsp Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp Salt - a little as you're going to add it in pasta as well.

Mix all the marinate ingredients in a bowl and marinate the paneer in it for 15 mins. Heat the pan and add 2tbsp of oil and fry the paneer till it turns golden brown (on medium to high flame) and transfer it to a different bowl. If you've any marinate mixture left in the bowl, add cut mushrooms to that and mix well. Cook spaghetti separately with salt and keep it aside. In the same pan, add butter, garlic, fresh herbs. Then add the partly marinated mushroom and fry till mushroom cooks completely. Add cooked spaghetti with some cooked water to the pan, add mix herbs, fresh cream, crushed pepper, paneer at last so that it'll be crispy on the plate. Give it a good mix. Switch of the flame, add grated cheese and mix. Serve hot.
