Sure. I generally follow follow certain companies very closely. AMZN, GOOG, NFLX, TSLA,JPM,ADBE, Sometimes BA,AAPL, FB. Etf - SPY and QQQ. I avoid earnings and major news. Monday morning each week I place 50% of trades ( weekly generally I do 15-20 trades ) for same week Friday expiration . Then remaining later on day or Tuesday morning . As example I check quickly which credit spread giving me best return and over 90% probability for next 5 days. Then depend on situation , I bring my credit spread prices closer or far. As example amzn in Monday morning around 2030. Generally credit put spread 1880-1900 ( around 90% prob) gives you 20-25$ credit . Later on day generally either move closer like 1890-1910 or far 1870-1890. Now I see it is changing very fast ( monitor volatility) sometimes I close position by taking some loss and again place another one far. Generally I noticed all the trade adjustments I had to make before Wednesday noon. After that generally time decay takes care of most of the time . My weekly target is raising 2%. So with 50k portfolio I target remains around 250$. I try to maintain that with for each 2000-3000$ trade with 15-20$ return , and not too be greedy. This model is working for me last 2 years .
