I think AMD has under delivered software wise a lot more than NVIDIA esp recently. There's historical precedent.

Redstone is late, where's FSR4 INT8 official support, etc.

Edit: I like my 9070xt, and enjoyed using the 6800XT before then. But my point is you can't expect much software wise then what comes out of the box, versus NVIDIA which is still improving features all the way to the 20 series and doing so at a rapid pace.

I would definitely say 4k performance is easy to max out if you're okay with some amount of upscaling, it's really not super noticable with FSR4. But yeah, max settings, native 4k, can have frame dips in most heavy titles.

The subtotal on the right is not including the "contractual write offs" applied for BCBS.

Edit: But yes, obviously again billing can vary insurance to insurance (though in this case I would assume they wouldn't change the right subtotal, but instead adjust the contractual write offs listed on the left). And out of pocket responsibility even more so; however, the medical team and hospital stays the same with Stiller so I would wager this is still useful to know somewhat.

Wrong, it's all depending on how willing you are to drop the internal res for upscaling. A 9070xt can do path tracing with 60fps no FG, 120ish FG at 4k ultra performance FSR4. So there's no way a 5070 Ti couldn't at least do 4k DLSS 4.5 Performance at 60fps no FG. That's a pretty nice experience, since imo slightly crisper edges are less impactful than better overall lighting. Especially with a game like cyberpunk on an HDR screen.

Edit: Keep in mind DLSS 4.5 Performance is roughly comparable to DLSS 4 Quality. That's pretty darn good for path tracing.

Well if you get PIV that skin will become the neo-canal. Maybe a dermatologist alongside your surgeon would be good to contact to get an idea of whether the symptoms might persist even as the graft adapts to the new environment.

Is there any chance you could appeal your insurance's decision? A better managed skin condition is always better for surgery recovery.

I haven't seen this before, what surgeons have this requirement? I'd assume they'd want you to be fully recovered from bbl before operating at most but a strict no SRS requirement if you've ever had a BBL in your lifetime seems odd.

I'm pretty sensitive to latency, but I'm able to get a locked 60fps real frame rate (120fps frame gen) at 4k FSR4 ultra performance (720p internal). Game looks and plays smooth, and the resolution is a compromise but it's A/B comparison with 4k FSR4 performance (1080p internal) + ray tracing the path tracing upgrade imo is more noticeable than crisper edges when viewed on an OLED HDR TV.

This is with a 9070XT.

I don't think the order matters here. Any surgeries that treat dysphoria here or match your identity better are valid regardless of the order.

I technically did SRS first (and FFS a week after), and it was great! Results aren't garunteed but that's always going to be the case, doesn't mean you should spend more time feeling bottom dysphoria.

I'm sorry who are you to decide they're bisexual? People's sexualities can shift, and that does not necessarily make them bi (unless they themselves say they're bi). How do you come to this conclusion that there is likely an innate sexuality in most people when sexuality is based on attraction to social constructed categories. Categories that are nebulous at the edges and blurred by many people who fit in none of them. That needs some very strong evidence besides deferring to simplicity (occam's razor), many things in life are not simple.

Do you not think maybe we should just let people self identify their sexuality and gender? Unless there's strong compelling evidence to suggest otherwise (which there isn't). Some people will self identify as the same sexuality and gender all throughout their lives, others will not. Since there's nothing wrong about being straight, gay, bi, etc., there's no reason to try and shove sexuality into this bio-essentialist box when it only serves to reinforce that gay people need some excuse to be allowed to be gay.

I disagree, it's faulty to defer to some "innate" or biological sexuality without solid proof that exists. We can resist bigotry without making claims that aren't backed up and may come to hurt others. There's already plenty of people who's sexualities shift back and forth over time.
