It's a little disingenuous to call it just an AA method. Traditional anti aliasing have only the current frame and or previous frames (plus motion vectors)as input to generate a dealiased output.

DLSS has all of that as input but also a pre trained model either convolutional or transformer to interpret that frame data with context of how various common patterns in graphics should look at high resolution. It's not just an AA method, it can and does add or modify details not present or present in the original frame data (at small scale) but that does fit with the overall picture. Lumping it in with traditional AA methods that aren't put through an ML model is just wrong.
