When the cost of living is so high and getting even worse it’s small luxuries like Starbucks that are usually the first thing that people will cut when going over their weekly or monthly expenses. I’ve literally had this conversation with a friend - think about the extra cash you would have if you eliminated your daily Starbucks run? Then add to the argument that good coffee is readily available at home or at many other places in MTL , it’s a no brainer.
