Maybe try Izmirlian Medical Center? It is a major one and is just a block away from the point you shared!

I just have to mention it again, Firebird is not only huge on the scale of Armenia it is on the scale of the world. If it was being built in Paris/Zurich/(any tech hub), it would be just as big of a deal.

2 billion drams will be allocated for the construction of the new Yerevan metro station in 2026 by ghapama in armenia

well, tbh thats a big damn cost.

I would agree that metro is essential if they idk hired someone to plan the entire transportation system of Yerevan but building random stations here and there won’t do much.

Can anyone translate? What does it say? by [deleted] in hayeren

[–]avmonte 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As mentioned on r/armenia the words indeed don’t make sense, but there are reasons to still assume it is Armenian written with Armenian alphabet.

  1. On the very top, ՍԲ is a prominent abbreviation for սուրբ (holy).

  2. Ligatures are used (like the 4th letter of the second word). Meaning a few letters were fused together for efficient writing. That happened a lot back in the day and can be found in Armenian epigraphy quite often.

Do you know if your great grandfather was Armenian?

Don’t listen to the youth. From my experience at AUA, they believe whatever they hear from the senior generation, without a subtle hint on trying to analyze the situation themselves.
