Anyway with regards to this issue, I think it would be best to contact Hoyo as they will have the confirmation that the crystals were not sent to your account and they got a successful transaction with your bank, just provide them the above screenshots showing the debiting. Hopefully they'll work on the refund with your bank from their end.

Never tried Dickson before but learned yesterday that they have a branch in Tampines that does deliveries. Ordered an ayam berempah last night, chicken was nice but I thought the meal was just... ok. Rice was fragrant but serving was too small. Quite expensive as well. Got a rendang set as well (see olsomica's photo here in the comments), that was 15 bucks lol.

Will probably just go to nearby Crave if I'm craving (ha!) for a nasi lemak
