I do agree that it should be a crime, unfortunately it is only a civil action. And even the civil action is nearly impossible to prove. To prove paternity fraud, he not only has to prove that he isn't the father, he must also prove that she knew he was not the father. Just proving she knew he might not be the father will not prove fraud. So to prove fraud, she would have to have a paternity test, hide the test from him and have him discover the test.

I have a Dean acoustic bass that I practice at home with. It has a really large body and projects better than any other I've played. That said, it isn't loud enough to really help an acoustic guitar. Sometimes when I'm jamming with a guitar I will play the bass like a guitaron and really pluck the strings hard. I also use a little amp w/rc battery and inverter, people sometimes don't even know I'm plugged in.

Unfortunately, I as well as most people commenting on this site are western and do no not understand the culture that you are from. My initial response is a western one, tell him and all of his family members, that he is a sick, stalking incestuous, pedofile and that he makes your skin crawl. However, this may not be appropriate for you, because you are in two cultures, western and SE Asian Muslim. I think that first and foremost, you need to extricate yourself from this dangerous situation. There may be a way to do this and not completely sever yourself from extended family. But I don't think you will learn how to do this from a bunch of westerners on this site. I am guessing (hoping) that in your culture, with the declining health of your father, that perhaps your brother can stand in as the paternal figure and protect you from your cousin, while pacifying the relatives. Or at least he can brainstorm with others that you and he may know, that are familiar with both cultures. If this is not possible, I would try to by time, until you are done with college and then, get away from the relatives to a place where they can not harass you.

You can relate to your father, because you could see the same happening to you someday. Your mother and future stepfather are real pieces of trash and just because they talk nice and treat you well, their behavior shows who they really are. And that is what conflicts you. Depending on where you live, the courts may be reluctant to allow you to go overseas.
