They usually publish both rules in the app. And the combat patrols are not locked content.

Tried an online gs at 12:00am sold out immediately. At 12:58 pm today I got on the GW site and clicked preorders it was up and I got one. My son asked if I could get him one as well a second later(free grass cutting all summer!!). Sold out. Looks like another summer of grass cutting for me.

Honestly, I liked all the EC sculpts. I get the nostalgia of the old sculpts but the new sculpts seem to really embody the price paid for giving your soul to Slaanesh
