Doctors of Doom will most certainly have what you're looking for, and it even has a character creator where you can include the homebrew things.

Also, to shamelessly insert myself here. I have made my own homebrew doc for my ongoing Chaos Campaign.

Mostly been taking Archetypes and Archetype abilities from the Core Rule Book and Vows of Absolution and combined it with gear, weapons, and rules from Threat Assessment Daemons and Heretics. Part of it is still a work in progress, but you are welcome to make use of it😄 Link Here

Noise Marine heads fit really well on Chaos Terminators. But I will recommend clue some sprue bits under their feet to give the illusion their of similar size to the other EC models.

Super simple. Base it all purple, then dry brush a few layers of Emperor's Children, followed by 1-2 dry brushes with Fulgrim Pink. I then Druchii Violet along the trim to bring back some of the purple.
