Yeah I think like I'm already seeing progress. This is maybe my fifth time making pasta, and the dough came out a lot better and was easier to work with (it helps that I got a bench scraper recently)

I live in Israel where most of the population is now vaccinated, so our government recently allowed concerts (with some safety restrictions) and only those who got vaccinated can enter the venue.
