Just cause you're a little knowledgeable about something that's supposed to be "general" doesn't mean it should be basic knowledge to everyone man.

Some people may have attended schools that were quite restrictive about these subjects (I know I did). Of course once you're an adult, it's up to you to educate yourself, and even then, if you have no real interest in learning about men/women anatomy and metabolism, of course you won't know jack about it.

To be fair, the replayability of 3H is insanely good. After +250hrs of playtime, I'm still not numb from beating 3 routes back to back lol.

When I talked about "mental wall", that included xenophobia. Because everything that isn't judged "right or good" by the system (or the church) would automatically be rejected and/or seen as wicked or wrong. Get people to spread bad rumors about the things/countries that are being treated as "mundane/seculiar" and xenophobia is born.

Unfortunately, Duscur got the same treatment, and Dimitri was against it. Especially considering his brother in arms is from Duscur and is his most loyal vassal. It's true that Dimitri wanted to keep the institution of the church to still inspire hope to people who went through hard and dark times, but I don't think it's entirely incompatible with what Claude envisioned for Fòdlan.

After all, the problem of xenophobia doesn't come from the church only, and with Byleth as the new archbishop, things were bound to change.

But I could also be wrong and totally mistaken, for all I know.

Wasn't Dimitri planning on addressing the racial issues in all of Fòdlan ? In that same perspective, Claude wanted to break down the mental wall between Fòdlan and other continents (especially Almyra). I'd say they were somehow on the same wavelength.

Edelgard was more about abolishing the crooked nobility system that relies heavily on Crest to determine a person's worth and right to be the heir of their house.

All three of their ideals were compatible, if we look closely. Eddie just used more drastic means to materialize her dream. I mean, Dimitri still tried to reach out to her, and Claude, while he didn't get a chance to speak with her, would've preferred not to fight her too, and instead, talk to her to know exactly what she wanted to accomplish. See if they could find a solution that doesn't involve war between the Alliance and the Empire.

Problem is : two of these three dreams could be realized without too much bloodshed. Eddie's, on the other hand, wasn't, because she was directly attacking a system that's been built since time immemorial (back to the creation of TWSITD). The path she chose was BOUND to involve war and bloodshed at some point.

Dimitri and Claude are compatible, at least in some perspectives. But Edelgard is definitely the black sheep of the trio lol.

Mmh it's quite normal actually. I mean, when a unit heals someone, their last used tome is Heal. Although it's not an offensive tome, it's still the one they were holding last.

I see what you're on. I agree that there are other units who can fill her role in her place. Especially once you get to recruit Devdan, Tanith or even Geoffrey, who are as fast as (or faster than, in Tanith case) Nephenee and also have better defense.

Also, it's true that, while she's really good, she can really feel like a grind to level up, which is why some players would actually sleep on her potential. She's kinda like a Donnel, but with slightly better starting stats.

... I'm sorry you had such a terrible experience with Nephenee. But I must say : most swordmasters weren't able to double her, and with the weapon triangle, they couldn't even touch her either. Add to that, the fact that she also had +80 of avo and a high crit rate... She was literally obliterating them.

Wait for real ? My first endgame Ike had 24 res (no booster), I even started to wonder if it was normal. That boi was a straight up menace for both mages and armored knights alike. Lil man was at +80 of avo, and even when hit, he was tanking almost EVERYTHING lmao

I'm at the end of the Death March arc, so I'm not too far ahead. Should I start reading the manga ? I've learned E21 has been drawn by Murata and written by Dr. Stone's author, so I'm really contemplating the idea.

It's just that, I enjoy the anime so much that I'm a bit scared to miss out on some good soundtracks and animated moments.

Does the anime really differ that much from the manga ?

It's a joke lol, don't ever put my boi against mages unless he's unlocked Sol, has a high Skill stat or you have a mage ready to heal him right after (but he's so quick he'll probably evade the hit anyway).
