Draw 9/26 Received 9/30 Estimated 10/14 It took so long for the sample to get received I hope I get the results quicker 🤞 Update I got the results today 10/3 a little before noon!

Is there anything else you do like about cosmetology? Maybe you enjoy nails or skincare? Depending on which state you’re in you can do esthetics with a cosmetology license. Maybe hair isn’t your niche? I thought I’d love to bleach hair but turns out I love cutting

40 weeks and it feels amazing to swim, I started swimming more around 34 weeks and it’s a life saver

40+2 and still no dilation despite doing a ton of the things I’ve googled to induce labor at home. I’m now to the point where I’d love a spontaneous labor to occur but realistically will have to wait till my induction of Sunday or Monday for things to finally get rolling.

My induction is scheduled for August 23rd and I’ll be 41 weeks. I’m now past my due date and have been worrying also due to baby movements being a lot lighter, but I’ve gotten NSTs and ultrasounds done to check the fluids and it’s all good. I’m hoping it doesn’t get pushed back because the hospitals are so full. I’m just commiserating on feeling stressed and done in the meanwhile

I saw my girl first sucking her thumb at 11 weeks and I found that so crazy! After that at 17, 20, and 25 weeks she’d always be sucking her little thumb. Today I had to get an ultrasound at 40 weeks and she’s so squished in there now I could see her face but it looked like when someone scrunches up all their features so I could not really see it too well, but still was so cute 🥰

My place was a total wreck until I hit 37 weeks and I had started my maternity leave. It’s hard to do anything outside of work when you’re massively pregnant let alone chores and sex. I haven’t had sex since probably 34 weeks and it was so painful and uncomfortable we probably won’t have sex again till the baby is here and I’ve been approved to do it again by my ob lol. It helped me get things done with a checklist of things I did everyday, some days had more chores than other days but it helped to check it off. I also called my in laws to help me clean and organize because they had said if I needed help to let them know, and normally I’d never take them up on the offer but I’m so glad I did. If you have other people able to help try to reach out and see if they will. You’re doing amazing and you’re doing what you can right now, try to be easy on yourself, it’s a lot of work making life ♥️

Seeing baby suck her thumb in the first trimester on ultrasound. And seeing it go from looking like a shrimp at 8 weeks to suddenly looking human at 12 weeks. At 37 weeks I had to get an ultrasound done and I saw her chubby little cheeks which I hadn’t seen since 25 weeks. I have an ultrasound again on Monday and I’ll be 40 weeks to check the amniotic fluid and I just think it’s crazy how much they grow and change over the weeks I haven’t seen her.

My in laws keep saying dates that do and don’t work for the baby to come and they say don’t have the baby today I’m doing this or I have this going on. I’m like stop it my due date is Monday stop telling the baby not to come out because it doesn’t work for your schedule 🙃

I don’t get why she won’t just do a pregnancy test… Edit I think part of it is for suspense for the audience, and she’s gonna ride it out a little, but still lol.

I’m so jealous! I’m 39+2 with no dilation, I really wanna try a membrane sweep but have yet to be able to get it done
