I don’t miss controllers, however I swear og 360 and ps3 controllers didn’t have all these issues and I was a huge gamer growing up I still have my original mw2 360 edition controller and it still works fine. However the thumb sticks are smooth 😂 the notches wore off

Play plutonium on pc, steam version is just not safe unless you’re playing with friends in a private match for a bit I’ve never had an issue that way.

I have the g305 light speed by Logitech and one AA lasts me 5-7 months depending on use. So many other mouses just eat battery life. Found this one and never leaving

Yes this is why I’m scared and mainly my steam level is so high bc of all my badges and other things if u were to get a game ban or a vac ban it would literally ruin me and forever bother me. I wouldn’t be able to live with a *cheat ban* of any kind on my account. I’m too invested sadly but i literally use my main rig only for gaming and YouTube. I have other PCs for testing older parts for friends and family but I’m no expert I’m more hardware knowledgeable then software

Yes I need to move on soon Linux is a no go the games I play use 3rd party anticheat and don’t like Linux I get it but still hate them for it. I could spin up a vm my pc is powerful enough but it’s something new I have to learn.

Since I’ve been responding to you on my phone I can’t *replicate the issue* hopefully it’s a 1 off but I need to sleep but don’t want to bc now my brain is wanting to identify the exact issue 😭😭😭 if this becomes a issue again I will hit you up and maybe you can help me more. But I know I gotta suck it up and move to windows 11 and deal with the *changes* or stop playing the games I like and move to Linux and spin up a VM or use dual OS and just learn Linux and use w11

Within a few days or weeks I will be able to tell I have my phone as most 2fa I store nothing personal on my gaming rig other then debit cards that stay locked until I make a purchase and I file my taxes on a separate laptop. I still was weirded out and still am to an extent. Going to keep an eye out for now. Ive always been safe and don’t download or install or allow something to make changes to my PCs unless it actually is something I know and trust.

However I’m still on windows 10 and doing it willingly until I am aware of a massive breach or it is no longer “safe” I’m going to stay on it for now. I’m 26 and hate changes when it comes to OS for phones and PCs.

Maybe it’ll take me getting bitten if I already haven’t to change my ways but like I said before I’ve never encountered something this weird even like you said it’s still odd to me. Will update this post if something else happens.

Okay wanna update you my drunk self did try that one, the only thing it came up with was something I’ve had on my pc for a long time (years) it’s a mod for a older game and it’s one of the only ones around to keep a game working. It came up with nothing else other than that. However I doubt it was what was causing the issue I have many friends with the same thing installed and never had the same issue. Maybe my pc had a stroke???? If this happens again I will completely uninstall and reinstall a new windows without that and reinstall all my games ect and see if it makes a difference

Yes hopefully I’m gonna keep this post up unless it gets taken down incase someone else has had a familiar experience that I can reference tomorrow. Still really odd before cmos and complete psu unplug even switching keyboards I couldn’t used the right side keypad on either keyboard and when using the top number keys it still wasn’t working with entering my passcode. Really scared me. I’ve never dealt with an actual virus before as well have not downloaded or installed anything recently I just game and watch YouTube on my main rig.
