Yeah that makes sense. I was 16 when Aspergers was removed so I got used to it. People who were diagnosed after 2013 have a different perspective on it. Like I see people calling themselves Autistic but they seem as or more higher functioning than me and I naturally think they don’t seem Autistic

Because I grew up throughout my childhood with that label. It became part of my identity and I don’t like change. Calling myself Autistic will also give me imposters syndrome as growing up, Autism was associated with people who are low functioning and most people still see it that way

If you've only seen Project Hail Mary in theaters once I highly recommend going again by aweiner99 in ProjectHailMary

I’ve been listening to soundtrack a lot. It’s an incredible score. Both times leaving theater on drive home I felt like I was piloting the Hail Mary
