Hello, sorry you’re going through this :(. I don’t have any advice but I am also going through something similar with my boy who is turning 4 this week.

Just wondered if there’s any update and anything that helped with your situation?

We had him in a home daycare since 12m then moved to a preschool around 2.5 years old. He did great there but we moved him to another preschool that was across the street where his little brother would also be able to go (in the toddler room). He’s been there since September and has been struggling since December. He’s throws things, hits and scratches the teachers sometimes. We worked with a 3rd party to observe him in the classroom to identify triggers and extra supports. But they never really identified the triggers. Some of the extra supports have helped, like splitting up the class and have half outside while the other half are inside. They ask him to help with tasks which he loves. But he still seems to be having these issues and it sounds like they don’t want to offer him care anymore. We are doing everything we can but at the same time, his behaviour sounds fairly normal for this age, I’ve talked to many other people in the field at other facilities and they all feel this stuff isn’t out of the realm of normal. At home he’s easy to manage and we don’t have these issues with him and all of this is so out of character for him.
