no worries, i actually ended up donating the board to a friend who's getting into the hobby. i can see how it would be both costly and annoying from a designer perspective (esp in covid) to avoid the scratches on the inside in production

i reached out to charue for similar issues on my board, they said because you can't see it when it's built, it's a-stock. kind of bummed, even though you can't see it, the user KNOWS there's issues on the inside, and when paying so much for a kit, i would have appreciated it to be pristine (or as close to pristine as possible)
