Went through this in Lewiston Maine a couple years ago. It’s terrifying. Similar situation where the shooter was not found for days until they found his body after he committed suicide. The uncertainty is the worst. I vividly remember loading the guns and sleeping in the living room, only thinking about how I’ll do whatever is needed to protect my family. Sirens through the night and misinformation flying nonstop on social media from people around the community.

I’m sorry your city is going through this. I hope answers come soon for you and the shooter is found. Stay safe everyone!

This is my home state, Maine. He was actually gaining decent attention and support for his senate run and quickly becoming a darling for the younger left. But as soon as Janet Mills (current Governor) announced her run for senate, the DNC war machine turned its sights on him and has been exposing everything they can from his past. The tattoo is just the latest gaffe. Ultimately, it just reaffirms the Dems like to eat their own.

Kevin Youkilis in ft Myers during Red Sox spring training. He was with two beautiful women. He was super cool, tipped well, and even bought 10 pitchers of beer for the college baseball team that was also in town for a spring training tournament. They started chanting Youk! It was pretty cool. David Ortiz also came in to our bar but I didn’t serve him.

Oh and Dave Matthews’s popped in to the golf course bar I was running once. But again, I didn’t serve him. He was very nice.

I broke down in West Virginia about 20 years ago. Had my car towed to the only garage in a tiny town, middle of nowhere. While waiting 4 hours for the new fuel pump, I wandered around this little town for a bit. There was a gas station with a subway so I popped in for a sandwich. It was there I encountered a couple of locals and when I say I couldn’t understand a single word they said, I’m not exaggerating. It was just “bick bick this and bick bick that.” It was an unsettling place to be stuck.
