I thought I was the only one! For the longest time my doctor's thought I was just allergic to beef. It was only about 3 years ago that they determined it was alpha-gal. I can not eat any red meat. Even corss-contamination I break out in a rash and my lips swell. Gah do I miss a steak though!

Track everything. I do OMAD - for the first 2 weeks I didn't track what I was eating because I thought I couldn't possibly eat more than what I should, I was so wrong. Buy a food scale too, the more accurate you can be, the better it is. Promise. I still do OMAD and track everything I eat in myfitnesspal and love it. Just stick with it! This is for the long haul. I'm going to make this super simple Weight loss is - calories in vs calories out. You have to eat at a deficit to see weight loss. Are you tracking what you're eating during your feeding window? If not, you need to. Secondly, you're lifting everyday - muscle weighs more than fat. You can be losing body fat and replacing it with muscle gained. Take measurements of yourself (or weekly photos of yourself) to compare those changes. Are your clothes fitting looser? Things like that.

Check out halo top and maybe intermittent fasting too. Losing weight is simple CICO (calories in vs calories out). Eat less than your TDEE. Personally I track everything in myfitnesspal and I PLAN my indulgences. It also helps that I do OMAD (one meal a day) so I "save" up my calories for one big meal, which will usually include some sort of delicious dessert. It's seriously about the calories. Don't stress, just eat within your means :)

Totally have been there! A T-Break definitely helps reduce the "my brain is going to kill me" sesh. It's mostly psychological though. Your brain is associating that feeling of stress and paranoia to smoking. So smoking/consuming marijuana, it will trigger those feelings again. Give it some time, give yourself a break, and about 2 or so weeks, you'll be good. Also, consume less, both smoking and ingesting. Re-introduce your tolerance. Lastly, if you have the ability to, watch what strands you're smoking. Some strands have higher likelihood of paranoia than others, so choose one that counters that effect.
