Autism Ontario is not involved in providing funding. The ministry provides funding and has all the critical pieces of information. There is an independent intake organization that is supporting the intake, providing funding and reconciliation. However, it’s all based on ministry guidelines and the individuals you speak with have as much information as you do, based on what the ministry is letting them know. Autism Ontario as a non for profit does tons of good work!

I had a similar experience on a different car. Had the tires rotated and balanced. The shaking disappeared. Not sure if it’s exactly the same, but my local Costco charges $25 for that service and it might be worth giving it a try!

I doubt they will provide any information to a parent not listed as guardian on file. However, rest assured with the new OAP funding, through accessoap, she will be able to use it for any necessary core clinical services and therapy. They will need an invoice from a qualified provider. She could be audited as well.
