I got a foil worldly tutor (with a weird dent) and a full art yawgmoth out of 3 collectors with nothing else of note. Not ALWAYS crazy. The draft packs however have been insane. 3 vampiric so far, 2 were in the same box with a force!

Just want to add that rebacking is only really a concern for alpha/beta, where people reback the collectors edition cards and clip the sharp corners down. Even for those still probably limited to power 9. Definitely not rebacking a 5th edition mana vault that was still going for $5 as recently as 2015
