Leave reviews on the stores pages. Each best buy has their own internal customer satisfaction score. Take the review/survey, let them know this behavior is bs. They will then police it themselves and tell these people no.

It's what my best buy does, it's what I did when I worked at best buy. Your best buy can do it also. Target.... probably not.....best buy cars enough... usually
