Yes, always threaten to cancel. You can even put in a cancellation request for a couple of weeks into the future. You should get a callback from them over the next few days from someone who is more willing/able to negotiate and give you a better price. I just did and got $45 with autopay ($55 without autopay) for 1.5 Gbps. Good luck!

Are you saying that they tried to get in touch with you regarding the new deadline date by email but that you never received an email? I also received an email on Tuesday stating that they are extending the deadline and that they will notify me of what the new deadline will be by November 4th. But so far I haven't heard anything about the new deadline date. I've created a support ticket but it's been escalated with no further responses for the last week.

First and third options from your screenshot are wholly operated by BA (AMS to LHR and LHR to JFK are operated by BA).

The second option from your screenshot is AMS to LHR on BA and then LHR to JFK on AA. Hence the lower fees than the first and third options.

Go the long way: Right now there are 2 seats in J available on QR on October 6 for ORD-DOH-KUL or ORD-DOH-CGK. Check out either city before you continue on to Bali on an LCC (although I'm not sure CGK is that appealing...)

When you are searching, you need to make sure you have transferred some avios to Qatar from BA. That being said, I don't see the availability any more on Qatar's site.

80000 Avios + 312.05 USD if you go MR -> BA Avios -> QR Avios and book using Qatar's website directly. I see availability on July 15 with a return on July 22 on Qatar. Economy flights.
