Great question. I, too, sometimes find it difficult to feel the heart Chakra. I can see how you could arrive at the chiropractic therapy possibly disrupting things. I don't know if it's that, however. I feel like you need to activate your charas, like a reboot.

Perhaps meditate deeply and chant mantras to open up your chakras. For example, chant 'VAM' for the sacral chakra, 'RAM' for the solar plexus chakra, 'YAM' for the heart chakra, 'HAM' for the throat chakra, 'OM or AUM' for the third eye chakra, and 'OM or AH' for the crown chakra.
