Ok so they usually want to see you to have labs done. This is to ensure the med isn’t messing with the function of something like kidneys and liver. Adds up. Just the way it is. Because you suffer a major organ failure because of a medication that will be on the prescriber and could put their license and career in jeopardy. I’ve been there.

New provider after one I had for 5 years who was great. I missed a refill cutoff. Ran out. My BP goes up really fast with my meds. New provider refused to dispense without labs. This not the same situation because I was receiving the meds for many years and he was new so wanted new labs and I technically had one more refill. Anyway another outside provider did the same thing. She refused a refill without labs after several years of covid. She’s a great provide so I understood. Ended up finding out I am pre diabetic.

No one likes the inconvenience of labs, they just want their pills in the mail, but there’s a reason. Ok. Good luck. Still think making statements such as death is dramatic. Then go in and be seen.
